Don't expect to see value in the bargain rate pricing. We booked this place online primarily for its location and price. Stayed 3 nights while attending a family wedding, looking to spend a little less since we'd only be sleeping there. Couldn't wait to be gone. I see reviews from over a year ago indicating that it was in the process of being renovated. Well, it still is. New carpeting, but not finished at the perimeters, no base boards in the hallway. Discarded boxes and luggage items in the side entrance area remained there in a pile for the duration of our stay. This is a bare-bones operation. While there is both coffee maker and microwave present in the room's dresser unit, they needed to be moved to another location in order to access electrical power. Both the facial and bathroom tissue were single-ply and just a tiny bit smoother than 120 grit. The bed's box spring was wrapped in visqueen (sheet plastic), held in place by duct tape. While the room was a non-smoking room, there was enough of a residual odor to indicate that it wasn't always so. Do yourself a favor; spend a little more and avoid this place. At least until the "renovation" is complete.
Good location. Perkins Restaurant across the parking lot. Free wi-fi. The staff was pleasant and courteous.
See above. There are more, but the description above should give you an idea of the level of quality (or lack thereof) to expect.
